Coaxial mixers can be used universally for viscosities up to approx. 200,000 mPas. They have the great advantage of being able to disperse even at low minimum feed rates. In addition, small batches can also be produced (approx. 20% of the useful content).

Dispersing with coaxial dissolvers and mixing tools
The central shaft can be equipped with different mixing tools, which usually feature dispersing tools. Optionally with lifting and lowering dissolver shaft or with fixed dissolver drive. Conical containers enable extremely intensive dispersion - even with small batch sizes. In addition, a very low feed of liquids is possible. Coaxial dissolvers can also be used universally for viscosities up to approx. 200,000 mPas. They have the great advantage of being able to disperse even at low minimum feed rates. In addition, small batches can also be produced (approx. 20% of the useful content). Coaxial mixers with a stand can be equipped with pressure load cells, which allows for dosing directly into the mixer. The height from the base to the outlet of the mixer is freely interchangeable.
